What the collective agreement says

Indicative description of the activity based on the collective agreement for private employers. The list of tasks is not exhaustive.

For a person whose autonomy is reduced, the home care assistant helps with transfers and movement inside or outside the home (getting up from a chair, going down stairs, crossing a street). An activity carried out outside the home can be declared through Cesu when it extends a service provided at the employer's home.
