What the collective agreement says

Indicative description of the activity based on the collective agreement for private employers. The list of tasks is not exhaustive.

According to the collective agreement, meal preparation is part of the household employee and home care assistant roles: everyday meals and, for a person whose autonomy is reduced, specific meals (no salt, no sugar, no added fat). For children, these are balanced meals suited to their age.
