What the collective agreement says

Indicative description of the activity based on the collective agreement for private employers. The list of tasks is not exhaustive.

The collective agreement places light gardening under the maintenance and odd jobs role (handyperson): mowing the lawn, raking leaves, weeding, watering, but also repotting, pruning shrubs, rose bushes and hedges, or maintaining ponds.
