Indicative description of the activity based on the collective agreement for private employers. The list of tasks is not exhaustive.

The home care assistant supports an adult whose autonomy is temporarily, progressively or permanently reduced. The collective agreement distinguishes four levels, from everyday tasks (shopping, housework, laundry, meals, mail) to essential daily-living activities. Care involving medical acts is excluded from Cesu.
