Indicative description of the activity based on the collective agreement for private employers. The list of tasks is not exhaustive.

The collective agreement describes the roles of babysitter (occasional, short-term presence with children over 3) and childcare worker (help with meals, washing, dressing and getting around, early-learning activities, the child's hygiene and safety). Cesu cannot be used to employ a registered childminder.
