Cesu registration
Kiwisio registers you as an individual employer with Cesu, or links your existing number.
Monthly declarations
Every month, Kiwisio automatically declares the hours worked by your employee. Just a simple confirmation from you.
Immediate Advance Tax Credit (AICI)
The Immediate Advance is a service offered by Urssaf. If you activate it, Kiwisio configures the Immediate Advance so your tax credit is deducted in real time.

With the Cesu mandate, you stay in control
- ✓You remain the employer: the employment contract is between you and your employee
- ✓You freely set the salary, working hours and working conditions
- ✓You can revoke the mandate at any time from your profile
- ✓Kiwisio only accesses the data strictly necessary for declarations
The Cesu + service
Cesu + automates the financial flows between you, Urssaf and your employee. It is activated with the consent of both parties.
Automatic salary payment
Urssaf pays your employee's wages directly into their bank account, 3 business days after the declaration. You don't have to make the transfer yourself.
Simplified direct debit
Urssaf automatically debits the remaining amount from your account, 2 business days after the declaration.
Double consent required
Cesu + is only activated if both you AND your employee give your consent. Your employee's bank details are collected directly by Urssaf.
Access conditions for the Cesu mandate
To benefit from the Cesu third-party declaration service via Kiwisio, you must meet the following conditions:
- ✓Be an individual employer: you directly employ a household employee
- ✓Sign the Cesu mandate when creating your contract on Kiwisio
- ✓Have a bank account domiciled in France (for the Urssaf direct debit)
- ✓Your employee must have agreed to activate the Cesu + service (for automatic salary payment)
The Cesu mandate is an optional service, included in your Kiwisio subscription. It can be revoked at any time from your Kiwisio profile.
